2. Your request is immediately acknowledged, you receive an e-mail informing you as such as well as you receive your username and password to login to the system to keep track of the status of your ticket.
3. A technician or sales analyst is assigned to your ticket / issue and they directly communicate with you via the helpdesk system. Each action along the way is carefully documented and you are kept up to date via e-mail as well.
4. BINGO, we provide your solution! As an additional bonus, we now have a full record of what happened which is extremely useful for future diagnosis is needed.

If you submit a Help Desk Service Request after hours and it is not an emergency, you will receive a response the next business day.
